Pregnancy
Chiropractic is considered safe and effective for the management of musculoskeletal complaints during pregnancy such as back and neck pain, pelvic pain, pubic symphysis pain, sciatica and headaches.
I also offer recommendations specific to your perinatal journey, including advice for optimal fetal positioning and postural and everyday functional support for pregnancy, breastfeeding and post-partum recovery.
Working alongside your antenatal care-providers, many women have found regular chiropractic care beneficial in supporting them through pregnancy and postpartum.

About
me
ASHLEIGH LOUBSER
B. Chiro. Sc, M. Chiro, IBCLC
I completed my Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Sydney's Macquarie University in 2010, and have additionally completed further qualifications in pregnancy and paediatric care, developmental neurology and breastfeeding and lactation. For more than 12 years I have been fortunate to work alongside other pregnancy and childbirth professionals, offering a wide range of treatment options for perinatal and paediatric concerns, as well as comprehensive breastfeeding and lactation support as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Perhaps more importantly, I'm also a mother.
Motherhood has found me knowing now more than ever, the importance of supporting women to feel comfortable, strong and empowered through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
